Ticket Policy and additional information: Your Experience with Us
Thank you for choosing Daisy Lily for your event experience. We strive to ensure that your time with us is enjoyable and memorable. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our ticket policy:
1. Public Events:
- Refundable: Up to 48 hours before the event date.
- Exchangeable: For another date up to 12 hours before the event time.
- By purchasing this ticket, you agree to this policy.
- We may be taking photos and videos whilst the event is occurring, if you are not comfortable with this please let us know at the beginning of the event and we will avoid picturing you.
2. Collaboration Events:
- Unfortunately, most of our collaboration events are not available for refunds, however this is not always the case so make sure to read the ticket description.
3. Private Hire Bookings:
- For private hire bookings, as these events restrict us from hosting public events, we kindly request longer notice:
- Full Refund: Up to two weeks before the event.
- After this period: A 50% deposit fee will be retained.
- In unavoidable circumstances, we are open to discussing alternatives and rearrangements.
